Virtual Membership Meeting & Legal Webinar

Please join us this month for our General Membership Meeting, to be held virtually.This meeting will hold two very important purposes.

First, Attorneys John Lee and Taft Hughes of Lee & Hughes, LLC will discuss the notice requirements per the CARES Act Eviction Moratorium that is expiring on July 24, 2020, and answer any questions member may have.

Second, after an outside review of the MBAAA's Bylaws by NAA and their Legal Counsel the Board of Directors' voted unanimously on amendments to the association's current Bylaws (a link with these edits is below). As required by our current bylaws, these are to be distributed to the entire membership at least 10 days prior to the date these will be voted on. The vote on these amendments will take place at the beginning of the virtual membership meeting.
